Hello Guys,
I've been meaning to write you all a little note but I made myself wait, I just to ensure I wasn't on a buyers high while I wrote you all a note. Now that I have calm down from my high and still enjoying my purchase in every way and the feeling of WOW! Still remains about your dealer ship. Bonnie and I want to praise you all on your amazing costumer service and your willingness to accommodate your customers. We are both still talking about the no pressure sales attitude and how it did not feel like a car dealer ship that we were purchasing from; usually we would have heard every story possible about how little our trade-in is worth and the reason why... Also we would have been told about the no movement on the new purchase ("Toyota rule") and so on. Anyhow the point of this e-mail is to thank you, on your willingness to assist and your understanding that for most of us spending 10, 20 or 30 thousand dollars in a vehicle is a big deal.
We are extremely happy that we decided to drive to "Heartland Toyota" to purchase our latest vehicle. We will speak about your dealer ship as we already do with our friends and family "Amazing".
You guys & gals' rock!
Keep it up, and we will see you AGAIN!
Sincerely,
Steven Mercedes.Steven Mercedes
Recently when we bought our second RAV, again we found your positive sales atmosphere very helpful and would like to thank Gerald, Chip, and Chase for their no-pressure, stress- free approach. The clear, comprehensive information /instruction we received helped us to quickly become comfortable with our new vehicle.
Our thanks, also, to the Service Department staff for their excellent service in the past and we look forward to continuing that relationship in the future.
It's a pleasure dealing with you all.
Sincerely,
Peter and Brenda Smith

Hello Toyota People!
I am writing today to express my gratitude at the wonderful service I always get when I have my car maintained at Heartland Toyota. Although my car is old and not very fancy, the customer service team consistently treat me like a valued customer.
They drop me off at work, pick me up to get my car when it's done and it is always sparkly clean! Also, Jay, Terry and Clint always make me leave with a smile.
The last time I had my car serviced with an oil change and maintenance package, Jay informed me that a letter was being sent out stating I get a discount on my next service, and she applied the discount to my bill that same day.
Now that's what I call service! With a smile... :D
Thanks to all at the service department!

Hi I'm Stacie I own a Toyota Previa. I love my van!! Not only is it awesome in the summer with it air conditioning. It cruises great, nice and smooth and it grips to the road perfectly. It's also amazing in the winter. Not to often do i find myself in slippery situations. My husband keeps telling me he's gonna take it out with his buddies, so i told him when he gets me my new Toyoya Tacoma then he can. Thanks for the great van.

Hi,
I am from Williams Lake, BC. My first toyota vehicle that i ever owned was a 2006 red toyota corolla xrs. It was great car and good on gas. During the three years that i owned it, i never had a problem with it.
Then all my friends decided to buy pick-up trucks, and i figured that i needed one too. So i decided to trade in my corolla for a 2011 tundra. I have yet to take the truck on any wild adventures, but last summer
i used it mostly to haul around my dirtbike. My family and I can honestly say, that we have been very satisfied with toyota.

Hello,
I have lived in Williams Lake for the past 13 years, and since moving hear I have driven only Toyotas. My first was a 1986 Toyota Pick-Up which I abused for 8 years, mud bogging with my buddies, all who have monster truck type Chevys, Fords, and Dodges. Never had a problem with it, my next one was a 1989 Toyota Pickup, it too was thoroughly abused. I picked up a Toyota Previa for my wife next of course 4X4, but she won't let me take it out with my buddies. So I finally I have gotten a Tundra, which I plan to abuse in the near future. I have loved all of my Toyotas, they have given me little to no problems, as long as you keep up with maintenance your laughing! Hopefully I have some pictures for you soon.
